If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me. All returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your products. Please provide a detailed reason & photographic evidence if your product arrived damaged. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. ***check sendle guidelines***
The refund will only be processed once the product has been received here in Studio & assessed for damage. All packaging & tags must remain intact for a full refund to be considered. Depending on the specific circumstances you will be eligible either for a new product free of charge or a refund. This does not apply to custom pieces & commissions. Custom & commissioned work is not refundable, deposits included.
